sm\u00fbk Tent place<\/h1>\n

The campground overlooks the water.<\/strong> After a short walk past the sown flower strips and cows, you’ll reach the jetty at Pier Christiaansloot. There are electric boats and canoes<\/strong> there. Along this canal you walk to the village of Echtenerbrug\/Delfstrahuizen and go to the beach at the Tjeukemeer. From the farm you can sail straight into the beautiful Frisian lake district<\/strong>, to Sloten, Lemmer, Langweer or across the Tjonger, for example. The pristine nature of the Weerribben and the Rottige Meente lends itself to a wonderful hike or bike ride. Also highly recommended is the orchid farm<\/strong>, with its butterfly garden, alpacas and indoor playground<\/strong> for children.<\/p>\n

We still have 3 spots available for camping for guests coming with their own tents<\/strong> only.<\/span><\/p>\n

These are nice spacious sites<\/strong> with a power point that are now empty because accommodations are being built in the future.<\/span><\/p>\n

Every Sm\u00fbk guest is allowed free use of the outdoor kitchen, canoes, and fishing on the fishing pier.<\/strong> The common living room is a cozy gathering in bad weather and you can borrow a book, magazine & game, the Sm\u00fbk store always provides you with a nice drink or snack. Campfire by the tent? You can rent a fire bowl with wood<\/strong> for as little as 7.50 euros!<\/p>\n

Do you fancy more comfort or don’t know if the weather will cooperate?<\/strong> Then book a hot tub and make sure you can always sit outside heated. Delicious for both cold and warm evenings. You can see a lot of stars from the Sm\u00fbk grounds<\/strong> so that will fill your evenings just fine!<\/p>\n

Fancy terracing?<\/strong> The town of Lemmer is about 15 minutes away by car and has a cozy center with nice terraces and nice stores. Do you feel more like a short walk?<\/strong> Then walk to Echtenerbrug along the water. Fancy a day of shopping?<\/strong> Then you can be in Leeuwarden in 45 minutes. There you can extensively hunt for pearls, climb the Oldenhove Tower or visit the Nature or Frisian Museum.<\/p>\n
